Raise his hand the pro that doesn't remember his beginning! Nobody was born knowing how to surf and we know that! Enjoy our experience and share the emotion of your progress with friends at CALIMASURF.
This is our aim: in 25h you will be able to surf. Our instructors, qualified in water rescue and awarded with a diploma of the prestigious British Surfing Association can assure it.
They will follow your first steps until you come to know basic notions in security, fundamental concepts (tides, rips, winds, seabed) and first of all the technique required for surfing free Experience, security and fun are our principles. We are so confident of our results that if you couldn't surf after 25 hours you can attend another course for free.
CALIMASURF CAMP for a week includes::
- 7 nights in the Surf House o in apartment in Famara*.
- 5 days (25h) of surfing school and training, including equipment during the whole lessons.
- Picnic lunch with warm sandwiches, water, juices.
- Transport to the beach.
- Diploma.
- Internet service (email).
- Underwater pictures and promotional video.
- Tutor with surf instructors diploma (B.S.A) and water rescue diploma.
- Insurance for civil responsibility and accident
- Informing dossier of the island.
You can start your CALIMA SURF CAMP everyday of the week.
Private apartment in Famara include a small supplement (apartment/week).
If you have no driving license or don't want to rent a car for your holidays in Lanzarote, we can organize your transport to the airport (max 4 persons per car).
CALIMASURF CAMPS WITH FRIENDS
Maybe your partner, your friend or your parent want to come with you to know the beautiful Lanzarote Island, but doesn't feel like surfing by now. No problem, CALIMA SURF CAMP will take care of him/her placing at his/her disposal:
- 7 nights in double room or apartment in Famara*.
- Transport to the beach and picnic during the course days.
- Internet service (email).
We are here to make your holidays great, don't hesitate to ask for informations you need about hotel, apart-hotel or bungalows in Lanzarote.
This is your level if you already passed the beginners class or if you already know how to surf but you don't want to bring your equipment while you improve your technique.
Our instructors (awarded with British Surf Association license) will value your capabilities, through which they will follow you in your progression caring about details and teaching you new tricks.
CALIMASURF CAMP for INTERMEDIATE surfers for a week includes:
- 7 nights in the Surf House o in apartment in Famara*.
- 5 days (25h) of surfing school and training at the Famara beach, including equipment during the whole lessons.
- Picnic lunch with warm sandwiches, water, juices.
- Transport to the beach.
- Underwater pictures and promotional video.
- Tutor with surf instructors’ diploma (B.S.A) and water rescue diploma.
- Insurance for civil responsibility and accidents.
- Internet service (email).

Intermediate surfcamps admit companion, so that you can share your holidays with whoever you want and includes:
- 7 nights in double room or apartment in Famara*.
- Transport to the beach and picnic during the course days.
- Internet service (email).
Don't hesitate to ask for information you need about hotel, apartment-hotel or bungalows in Lanzarote.
We look for your waves so that you can just think about having fun. In our Sursafari you will find the best waves of the week referring to the daily meteorologic conditions.
If you think you are ready to catch some waves of volcanic seabed that's your option. Don't forget to bring your equipment with you.
Our staff, with 20 years of worldwide sursafari, will surf with you explaining you details of every wave (getting in, getting out, current, hard points) more than explaining you the local habits (peace and surf ;-).
And if you're looking for unforgettable experiences, choose then a surf trip to La Graciosa Island or Los Lobos Island (ferry transport included).
CALIMASURF SAFARI for a week includes:
- 7 nights in double room or apartment in Famara*.
- 5 days of Surfari with tutorial from 10 to 15 hr (equipment not included).
- Transport to the best daily waves
- Internet service (email) from monday to saturday
- Informing dossier of the island.
Note:from September 15th to april 30th in particular days will be required to sign a "responsibility relief".
- We can organize transport to the airport (max 4 persons per car).
- There's a weekly surcharge for private apartment.
- Surcharge for private room in Surf House (1, 2, 4 beds) per room/week.
You can also come with a companion for a relaxing holiday on the beach.
Companions package includes:
- 7 nights in the Surf House or in apartment in Famara*.
- Transport to the beach and picnic during the course days..
- Extra activities on tuesdays and thursdays from 17 to 19hr (from January to June).

Intended for best surfers, an exclusive service so that you can spend your time to catch waves and not to look for them.We provide the best informations on the sea conditions.
CALIMA PRO CAMP for a week includes:
- car - Opel Corsa 1.2 (by the Airport).
- 7 nights in the Surf House or in apartment in Famara*.
- Days of free surf.
- Organization for “surf trips” to Fuerteventura, Lobos and La Graciosa (EXTRA).
- Internet Service(email).
- Live music on fridays and saturdays at La Bartola Restaurant (Famara).
