CAMP SURF - CAMP SURF & KITE
MULTIADVENTURE CAMP
Summer kids camps for children between 13 and 17 yeas, Spain.
From July the 1st to 31 August … limited places !!!
CalimaSurf Lanzarote organizes camps for children from 13 to 17 Y.O. in the Famara Natural Park. we give the possibility to the children to start practicing sport like, surf, kitesurf or diving with the utmost security .
Our surf instructors awarded by the BSA (British Surfing Association) and from the spanish Federation of surf our kitesurf instructor from the FKI (italian federation) and the diving instructors from the BSAC,are as well qualified in water rescue.
Children will be checked-in the day of their arrival at the airport and brought back to you on the day of check-out.
Children will be lodged in our surf-houses in Famara, both situated less than 100 mts from the beach, with a capacity suited for 16 teens and 10 children.

Both of the two houses, with room of 2, 4, 6 beds, are completely full optional, with kitchen, 28"tv, dvd, barbecue and wide terraces.
In every house with the kids will sleep a Tutor, qualified in Motion and Sport Sciences,responsible for the kids to respect the camp's rules, and that will follow the afternoon activities (beach-volley, bola canary, trekking, mountain-bike).
Children will be able to choose for a useful half board service (breakfast and dinner from Monday to saturday) managed by the Lanzarote catering concern.
Surf school includes a picnic lunch with: Warm sandwiches (with meat, fish or tortilla), salad, juice and water.
50 meters away from the Surf house there are many supermarkets, pastry shops, bars, restaurant that allow everyone to eat according with one's tastes, and more, the kitchen use is available for whoever'd need.

Our surf school activities are 5 hours long everyday, divided in groups of 8 children per instructor, the courses besides provide special equipment for beginners in order to assure the utmost security within learning this sport, and includes picnic lunch from monday to saturday at 13.
Our kitesurf activities are 3 hours long everyday, divided in groups of 4 children per instructor, as well as the surf school, the courses besides provide special equipment for beginners in order to assure the utmost security, reducing the length of the tension bar, and using tools for radio communication.
Diving course activities are coordinated by the Lanzarote Diving school, located nearby "Teguise", 25 km away from Famara. The Diving school will interest itself in the transport of the children to the place where the course takes place, during 4 hours. The course includes all kind of insurance needed, like against injury, civil responsibility, hyperbaric chamber, instructors qualified with BSAC.
Mountain-bike trips will take place in easy paths not longer than 40 km, with high quality bikes (brand TREK 3500, 3700, 3900) and type-tested helmets to assure the maximum security for all customers. a light picnic is included.
Trekking paths 4 hours long, generally located nearby the Timanfaya Natural Park include: “mirador del Rio” downhill, the coast between Famara-”Caleta Caballo” and its volcanoes, the climb of Corona volcano. The routes could be shorten due to weather conditions.

*Sunday is the day of summer camp arrival and departure, even if it's possible to agree on arrival in any other day of the week.

Surf Camp for a week includes:

- 6 days (30 hrs from monday to saturday) of surf class , including equipment during class hours.
